Yes. To do so, your representative will need to show a
Confirmation Email of your Race, and a copy of your Photo ID.
No you cannot and you need to assign a representative to pick
up you pack on your behalf. If you need delivery of your race
pack, there will be a charge of $20 per participant.
There is a cut-off time 1.5hrs for 5km and 1hr for 3km
Runners.
As we hope that all our athletes will be able to complete the
race, even if it takes longer than the Cut-Off time, we will
only enforce the Cut-off times only on a case-to-case basis or
due to safety reasons.

Yes, however only 1 parent/guardian is allowed in at any one
time before the race starts -. Parents/guardians MUST exit the
Start zone once the wave is flagged off.
There will be an administration fee of $20 for any Tshirt size

requests. We are unable to refund the difference for downgrade

As much as we love our furry friends to be part of the event,
we highly recommend to keep them at home for the safety of
both participants and our furry friends. However if you
unfortunately have to bring them, please ensure that the are
always on a leash and/or carried in a stroller / bag and that
you clean up after them properly to avoid any issues with
other participants.
Our aims at The Great Ocean Dash 2025 is to be as inclusive as
possible and our event route will be as wheel-chair/Stroller
friendly as possible to ensure the safety of each and everyone
that joins us. Do note that there maybe some slopes along the
way so do take necessary precautions accordingly.
